Hello Friends! I've been trying a few new recipes lately and I have found three that I absolutely love. I thought I would share them with you.
This French Lentil Soup is going to become a regular in our home. It's super easy and really nouishing. The bacon adds such a wonderful flavor. We are in for some more snow here in Minnesota. Go buy yourself some lentils, make this soup, and cozy in with your family or friends.
I have been wanting to have a few recipes on hand that don't have meat in them. This Spinach and Black Bean Lasagna is delicious and makes a great meal when you are having guests over. Serve with some bread and a Ceasar Salad and you have yourself a great meal.
And finally a great homemade snack. These Homemade Chewy Granola Bars are delicious. Warning: you may want to eat the whole pan. A few notes, I used natural peanut butter and they turned out fine. Be sure to use the coconut oil, it is so good for you. To make it even more healthy add unsweetened coconut. You could probably but less honey in, I think these taste more like dessert because they are so sweet. Delicious!
